Hi
Corpus 6 pro
I created two thicknesses and it shows me the edge with a question mark…is it something related to the potrosni or did I define it wrong?
I have a question…if I have edgeban glass or other materials in the “Type” category, what could I put?
thanks!!
The question marks indicate that no edge band matching the given criteria was found. Instead of the question mark, there should be the code of the corresponding edge band if such an edge band was found.
In your case, it seems that the edge band has a very large width set (54mm).
I see that the material thickness is 18mm, which means that the tolerance on the edge band width should be set to at least 36mm (54-18).
Check this in the program settings.
I apologize for the “wrong” language. I hope you can find it easily.
Glass-type materials never go into project costs or cut lists for optimization. If you still want it, you have to change the material type to Corpus like you have for other production materials.
This must be done in the Element Editor.
that’s not what I was referring to..I changed the material in the editor to glass..I attached a picture where you can see I managed to calculate the glass per square meter but it also appears with optimizing panels ( it appears twice and when optimizing with overpriced ) because it calculates on panels with certain dimensions specified in the editor

i want to remove the glass from the list above and have it appear only below where it is calculated per square meter..can this be done through a filter?

I wrote incorrectly that materials are changed in the Element Editor. I meant MATERIAL EDITOR. My apologies, my mistake. In the Material Editor you can specify the types of materials. It depends on whether they will be calculated in the costs or not.
If I understand correctly, you want a certain material to be in the cost list, but not in the optimization. I’m not sure that this can be achieved. Maybe you could create a similar functionality by creating a fitting that will be calculated by area (square meter).
I created a fitting but I don’t know how to calculate per square meter..I have a fixed calculation option for height, width, thickness.
It seems that this is not possible after all. I was hoping to be able to create a macro command that would calculate the amount of fittings based on the height and width. However, if we exclude the board from classic materials, there are no fittings as an expense.
it works ..thanks..
but i still have a question related to different materials such as glass, textiles, etc. how do I identify them in the templates… my template only differentiates worktops and plywood panels
and the poluwood is optimized on the boards..i want to optimize the glass per square meter
